2. Photography Services & Booking
Lauren Holub Photography provides professional photography services including, but not limited to: family, newborn, children, couples, branding and marketing sessions, extended family sessions, events, food, maternity, seniors and interior photography. All sessions are booked subject to availability. Specific details regarding session fees, deposits, deliverables, timelines, and policies are outlined in individual contracts provided at the time of booking.

3. Payments
Session fees and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your signed contract. Payment schedules and accepted payment methods are outlined during the booking process.

4. Copyright & Image Usage
All images created by Lauren Holub Photography are protected by copyright law. Lauren Holub Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images. Clients are granted a limited personal-use license as outlined in their contract. Images may not be altered, sold, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Branding, marketing, and commercial clients will receive usage rights as outlined in their specific agreement.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your photography contract. Failure to attend a session without notice may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

6. Limitation of Liability
Lauren Holub Photography is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in photography services or use of this website, including but not limited to equipment failure, acts of nature, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
